Dear faithful prayer partners,

Urgent praise- cancer gone! On August 30^{th the doctor told my father, Pastor Mike Rose that he could not find any cancer in his body. I thank the Lord that He has chosen to keep using my dad for His service on this earth. I also want to thank those Pastors, friends and churches who have faithfully prayed with us for my father. What a joy to report to you this healing from God!}

Urgent Prayer- Visa holdup. We are waiting for the Spanish government to give us permission to file for our resident visas. We are prepared to pack our container and are living with family while we wait on this one document from the immigrations department in Spain. Although we expected to receive this approval within six weeks of filing it, at the time of this writing we have been waiting for ten weeks. We need the Lord’s hand upon this paper so we can apply for our resident visas and then leave for Spain with temporary visas. Our desire is to be in Spain to begin language training while we wait for our resident visas. We are willing to wait on God’s timing, but ask for prayer that Satan wouldn’t hinder this process.

Used of God- 4 brought to salvation! A lady in our home church, Wanda Mikel is assisting in a ladies jail ministry. She felt led of God to play our cd during her Bible study time. The ladies were touched by the songs and the testimony of our family. Three ladies asked how they could have this be a part of their families’ lives. Wanda was able to introduce Jesus to them and all three received Christ. Please pray for their spiritual growth as Wanda continues Bible studies with them. We were excited that God could even use a “Rose” cd to bring people to Himself. We also had an opportunity to be a part of the fair ministry at our county fair. The children sang during the community worship service and I had an opportunity to lead a young man to Christ while helping in the CEF (Child Evangelism Fellowship) booth.
